Reading Material….

I’ve just started reading the Twilight series and I’m really excited about it.  I’m hoping it will keep me busy for a while but I’m also looking for more reading material all the time.  I have this “problem” where I can pretty much read a book only once….If I try to read it again I can’t really get into it.  So please feel free to share with me all sorts of good reading material.

  1. Have you read anything by Jennifer Weiner? Chick lit, very very funny, but sweet, too. Another author I like is Lolly Winston.

  2. I don’t know if you’d be interested or not, but I just read Rhett Butler’s People…and it was an excellent book. It tells the story of Rhett Butler from Gone with the Wind, but focuses on his life growing up and the people that influenced his life.

  3. Thanks so much for visiting my blog SITsa! Ok so you should get hooked pretty fast on the Twilight Series and since there are 4 books it should take at least a couple of weeks time. I think I read the first one in a week, the second one in 3 days and then the third and fourth took a little longer. I don’t like vampire stuff, but loved this series.

Another author I really like is Emily Giffin. She wrote Something Borrowed and Something Blue, two of my favories, and then Baby Proof, which I haven’t read and Love The One Your With, which I just started. The problem with me reading, is I get nothing else done during the day and my family suffers!

Well Happy Bloggin and stop by anytime! You are always welcome…don’t be shy about entering my give-a-ways, I don’t mind someone winning even if I don’t know them!

Thank you for the suggestions! I’m always looking for something new to read. I’ve added your blog to my list of blogs that I follow so I’ll most definately be back to visit!

  4. I love the Twighlight series. I’ve read two of them so far.

I’ve read everything ever written by Jodi Picoult. If you’ve never read her, try “Keeping Faith.” It’s one of her best.

Thanks for the suggestions Terri! I’ve heard great things about Jodi Picoult from a friend of mine who is addicted to her books. Going to have to check her out also!
